Whether you're lounging by your private, heated pool, hosting a BBQ by the fire pit, enjoying your very own putt-putt in the back yard, or taking the included 6-seater golf cart to the nearby white sandy beach just a couple blocks away, this is where your vacation memories begin.
Our home is designed for comfort and connection. With an open-concept layout and soaring ceilings, there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The living room features comfy seating, a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those rare chilly Florida nights. A bright, modern kitchen is equipped with an electric range and all the essentials needed to whip up meals and snacks.
We have four bedrooms: a master with king, second bedroom with a king, third bedroom with two twin beds, plus a second-floor loft space with a queen bed. Three full bathrooms are available along with free WIFI and a full sized washer/dryer.
Step through the sliding doors into your own private tropical paradise. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy and features a private, heated pool, a covered patio and gazebo, a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor shower, plus a putt-putt green. We also have games to enjoy, and have beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs and a Shibumi beach tent for your use.
Our gated driveway allows for two vehicles.

I’ve been married for nearly 26 years and have two kids: a married daughter (26) and a son (19) who’s currently in college. I own a Chevrolet dealership and created this home to be a place where families and friends can relax, have fun, and enjoy everything PCB has to offer.
